This unit embraces what I consider among best practices. Students will explore controversial topics and will have the opportunity to discuss with their peers about intercultural issues we all face nowadays.
What you'll find:
- Essential questions to develop your students critical thinking skills
- Reading comprehension resources and assessments
- Interactive online games to learn and practice vocabulary
- A video to bring up a controversial topic to your class to break the ice and start passionate conversations about taboos
- Classic games like Taboo, nothing better to go through Taboos as the proper game (printable)
As always, if you have any work related you think can contribute in any way to this post/unit, send it through or leave a comment below ;)
Thanks to Rebeca & Carolina for telling me some links were broken.
